McIntyre's Bakehouse is a Veteran owned business located in Spring Hill, Tennessee operated by Jordan McIntyre. Jordan has a passion for baking and decided to open his own part-time micro-bakery specializing in artisan breads, such as authentic San Fransico style sourdough bread, sourdough rye bread, pepperjack cheese bread, cranberry walnut, blueberry sourdough and other varieties.
When he's not baking, he's at work as a professional archaeologist, which has been a childhood passion of his since he first saw Raiders of the Lost Ark when he was only 4 years old. He's been on digs in Yellowstone National Park, Fort Donnelson, Alaska, Florida, South Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee and Kentucky. He gets asked a lot if he digs up dinosaurs, which is not the case, those are paleontologist. Which begs the question, do paleontologists get asked if they dig up ancient civilizations?
